Interested in a World Class Internship?
The TBIBA is now offering non-paid internships for the IBAF 2010 World Junior Baseball Championships. These internships offer the full-time College or University or senior high school student the opportunity to work behind the scenes at the IBAF’s biggest international baseball tournament in 2010. Assignments may include coordination of specific events and volunteers, pre-event marketing, general office duties and assisting the TBIBA paid staff both in the office and on-site during the event.
While we would prefer applicants in a business, marketing, recreation or sports-related major or one with an interest in such a major, we will consider students from other majors. Interns are required to work from June 28th to through the end of the Championship. Hours will be from from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from June 28th to July 21st with the potential for more hours being required from July 23rd to August 1st. As this is an unpaid internship, interns are welcome to have other paid positions, as long as it does not interfere with the internship.
