2010 IBAF World Junior Baseball Championship

Blue Jays Clinic

On Saturday July 24th from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, the Toronto Blue Jays are teaming up with the Thunder Bay International Baseball Association to bring young players ages 7-14 the opportunity to participate in the Toronto Blue Jays Instructional Clinic as part of the 2010 IBAF World Junior Baseball Championship. The Clinic will take place at George Burke Park with registrations starting at 10:00am.

Qualified Toronto Blue Jay instructors will focus on teaching young players of all skill levels the basic skill fundamentals of the game in a fun, structured, and non-competitive atmosphere. The clinic will be 4 hours in length with the players being grouped by age.

During the clinic each group will rotate stations that will deal with skills such as: hitting, receiving, throwing, infielding, outfielding, pitching and base running. We also invite coaches to come on to the field to observe and to ask the Jays Instructors questions.

Players Receive:

  1. Four (4) hours of instruction from Toronto Blue Jays Instructor;
  2. Toronto Blue Jays T-shirt;
  3. Toronto Blue Jays Hat;
  4. A day of fun filled memories.

The Blue Jays clinic registration fee is only $20 per player. Registration information will be available shortly.
